June 21, 2021: NSDA Nationals
This past week marked the end of the 2020-2021 debate season, with 11 of our amazing debaters competing at NSDA nats. RBHS did wonderful at the event - our World Schools team were in the top 49, our LD debater Shruti made it to round 10 while placing in the top 58, our OO debater Charlotte was in the top 60 of the nation, whereas our other OO debater Vig made it to top 30 in OO. Finally, Vishnu broke to quarters in congressional debate. A major congratulations to not only our national debaters but everyone who made it through this rough but rewarding season!

January 7, 2021: Rock Bridge & Hickman Invitational
We're having our very own tournament at Rock Bridge! This year, we're having over 35 schools join us, and because of that, we need judges more than ever! Judging a speech and debate round involves you giving our participants feedback towards their performance and ranking their skills. Since everything is virtual, so is judging, and you can choose to judge in asynchronous or live events! This also allows you to judge from anywhere with just a stable internet connection and a laptop! Judging is a great way to support our debate community and help us students grow as debaters! Sign up through this link and let us know if you have any questions! Students, be sure to look out for more info regarding volunteering.
December 16, 2020: Shakespeare's Pizza Fundraiser

There is a parent meeting for novice parents tonight! Parents should have gotten an email recently with the Zoom link, and the meeting will last from 7-8 pm. We highly recommend new parents to tune in so they have all the info they need to best help you throughout the season. Contact the coaches or captains with any questions or if your parents didn’t get the email!
